For those who need a visa to travel to the United States, a visa support letter can be issues by local organizers. Please send all requests to the General Chair with the following information:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your nationality and the passport/travel document number
- Current postal mailing address
- If you have any papers accepted for the conference/workshops/doctoral symposium, please indicate the title of your paper and where you will present. Also indicate whether you are the 'sole author' or a 'co-author'.
Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it, as requests are handled in the order they are received. Please note that visa support letters are issued via email in PDF, and the email will be sent to the email address that you used to make your request.
